**Returns**
Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot grant you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it. It should also retain its original packaging.

To initiate your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is essential.
**Refunds (if applicable)**
Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will dispatch an email notifying you of its reception. Subsequently, we will communicate the approval or denial of your refund request.
Should your request be approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specified number of days.
**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)**
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend, as a first step, reviewing your bank account. Subsequently, please get in touch with your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected in your account. Following this, reach out to your bank, as there is typically a processing period before a refund is posted.

**Sale Items (if applicable)**
Please note that only regularly priced items can be considered for a refund; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for this.
**Exchanges (if applicable)**
Exchanges are only permissible in cases where items are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email at jon@lhommepty.com.
**Gifts**
If the item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
In instances where the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver arranged for the order to be shipped to themselves for later presentation to you, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued at over 50 EUR / 60 USD / 45 GBP, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without these precautions.
